This class is one of those boss level lessons lol. Like it's so fun and so challenging at the same time. I feel like, doing a class a day is like picking a card from a reading deck and no matter what the message and exercise is, it's so right and it's always so aligned to what I need. Love yall so much!

Going on Tour!

Hey fam! When this challenge started, I was psyched to see that it leads me right into another big road trip and now that the finish line is in focus I am feeling strong and ready for it! I wanted to share my tour here in hopes of running into some of the fam while I'm on the road! Lemme know if you live near any of these towns, even if you can't make the show maybe we can workout together 🤠

I'm also debating on whether I'm bringing my 2lbs or my 3lbs 🤣 I try to pack light and last tour i stuck to no equipment but in retrospect (and I never thought I'd say this) but I missed my weights the most!

Anyways, love yall so much! Can't wait to do some of these travel classes in some national parks and keep spreading the mbody light!

Ahhhh!! I can't do the 26th, will be in Montana by then, my tour starts the 11th but were playing local gigs sooo maybe I could sneak away before I hit the road! So psyched for anyone who can make it!

Well that was like a boss mode on a video game and then a crazy tear jerker 🤣😅 love you all so much! Can't wait to come back to this one and not escape to child's pose as much! I believe it! Having my hair down is scary for me too! I tried it for cardio dance which was fun! then it kept getting stuck in my pits during weights to it went back up 🤣 your hair looks beautiful!! 💙💙💙
