Mali I agree! 40 is my go to for favorite combos, a challenge and a beloved rocknroll playlist! One of my all time favorites! I gotta return to the other two

I'm curious what everyone's least favorite move is? You know, the one you keep trying to fall in love with but always back off of? I'm also curious if you got yourself to actually fall in love with said moves!

For me, after 3 years im still trying to love the high knees in plank posture / classic mountain climbers! I always cut out to child's pose early 😅🙏 But I have gotten myself in lean into, enjoy and actually look forward to planks and push-ups 😂 so I couldn't help but wonder about it!

Anyways yall have a great week 💙💙💙

I went rogue on the 15 day board per Lindsey's recommendation. Last night I did my first show how I normally would before the car accident and my back was so tight this morning. So I took her recommendation, and I was really afraid of going back on the road but that meditation about putting g fear in the back sear was just what I needed to have the courage to continue the journey. And all the tucks made my back feel much better!!! 💙💙

Not as much fomo for me, but im use to experiencing womo...(want of missing out 😂🙏) I've been loving seeing the pictures but really excited to hear about it on the next live and see what energy ot brings! What I'm really hoping for is a Florida retreat someday! I never left the USA at international travel kinda scares me, plus I'm always looking for a reason to go to the beach 😂 OR! A Kansas retreat so it's right in the center of the USA 😂 🤘

Emily! you're not alone! I was born with a crooked back that swoops out in the middle and gets back on track. Before mbody (and before that yoga with adriene) there were days that I couldn't sit up right away in the morning the pain was so bad. Just listen to your body continue that visual, minds eye pulling in and up around your core. My doctor couldn't believe I didn't break my back in the accident, even before that I had x-rays done and they said it's definitely crooked but there was muscle between each vertebre. So you can get stronger and it's possible to live with it. Of course it flares up and hurts here and there but there's nothing like those hip tucks, circles and for me at least, a forward fold with VERY bent knees. I'd love to get one of those hang upside down machines lol but know you're not alone and the PT is probably the best thing for yourself because every spine is different and its important to have eyes on it. Sending love, strength and healing!
