That was awesome! Another sweat dripper & tear jerker <3 Missed the live last minute so it was all the more better & needed when I got to it tonight. Early Black Sabbath is always my go to Halloween tunes bwhaha!

Woke up today with a HEAVY moon cycle, but this helped lift that weight to help me trust this monthly process. Love dancing with you and the fame!! <3

The only issue I had with this workout is the amount of sweat the poured off my body had me slipping all over my mat! I didn't know my palms could sweat! Extra plank challenge :D Happy to be here! thank you!

Ah this was so fun and awesome! This is my precursor to the 60 day challenge, happy I found out about mBody just in time! I had been learning belly dancing and began branching out to barre, but no one else's videos were as genuine as yours so that led me to this place! I'm psyched to go on this journey! <3 Thank you for your positivity and guidance!
