Also shoutout to Maddie with the marathon! I jog 2ish miles daily to warm up from mbody occasionally longer if im traveling and feeling it, mbody is amazing for running!!! I couldn't believe the change i felt after incorporating mbody into my life, I cut my miles when I jumped on board but still, its amazing for running! Can't wait to hear the journey

Wow Marnies gonna kick our asses with love in 2026 if this class has any indicator! Along with the last few classes! Love following the Chinese years! Excited to finish shedding and to gallop into the rest of the year with horse energy! Man i thought she was using 5lbs and I did too! No regrets but my booty loved it! This whole flow was awesome. Okay yall this class is HARD lol, don't let the rhythmic dancing warm up fool you! Your booty is gonna be poppin' after this!! Loved this class, this is my second time I had to wait for the booty burn to cool off 🤣 second time around i didn't come out of the move less, hopefully third time I can stay there. I've been doing mbody for over 5 years and this is the first time the burn and shake almost brought me to joyful tears 🤣 definitely an awesome and worth while challenge! The burn does even out with the post flow but woah i haven't ever shook like I did with that ball flow. Love yall! Amazed by how much more I still have to grow even after 5 years! Challenge accepted!
