Oh, I'll just do a quick little 20 min class, I thought. This class is FIRE and in a good way!! 😆🔥 whenever possible (because you'll most likely be sweating and shaking throughout like me), take her cues to focus on the body parts and movements to get the most out of it. I also picked it out of the blue while reeling from a chaotic day and restless mood, so to hear Marnie's closing for this class was pretty magical!

I love the variety of class lengthes offered, but 30-45 min is my sweet spot. I really like the 30 min classes with weights for an added intensity (e.g. last Wednesday's class)! Extra time for stretching is amazing and I've been appreciating more stretching throughout the classes lately. Keep it up and thank you!!! 🙏❤️
