Adding two faves that have killer playlists and fun choreography: M/120 Full Body Sculpt Dance Party (45 min) & M/259 Signature Sweat Celebrating Black Artists (60 min)! M/120 is equipment free with super fun dance moves. M/259 will work the whole body with a killer ball series and amazing music and quotes proving an uplifting workout.

Oh, I'll just do a quick little 20 min class, I thought. This class is FIRE and in a good way!! ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ”ฅ whenever possible (because you'll most likely be sweating and shaking throughout like me), take her cues to focus on the body parts and movements to get the most out of it. I also picked it out of the blue while reeling from a chaotic day and restless mood, so to hear Marnie's closing for this class was pretty magical!

This was a great class - both the workout and the amazing message I SO needed to hear today. Thanks for the magic as usual, Marnie!! And my quads definitely got a wakeup call with that floor work. ๐Ÿ˜ณ๐Ÿ˜‚

I love the variety of class lengthes offered, but 30-45 min is my sweet spot. I really like the 30 min classes with weights for an added intensity (e.g. last Wednesday's class)! Extra time for stretching is amazing and I've been appreciating more stretching throughout the classes lately. Keep it up and thank you!!! ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ
