I'd say focus on stretching hips, hammies, calves and even feet! That's your back line and it's all connected. In addition, stretch powerful hip flexors (such as psoas and iliacus) because when they are tight they can pull the pelvis out of alignment, which can also cause back pain. I was recently experiencing low back pain and it turned out to be a likely hip flexor muscle strain! The pain you experience can be in a different area than what is the actual cause. Side note, I used to be a massage therapist, so I geek out on anatomy. π Also, get some bodywork if you can - it can do wonders for enabling you to focus in on and treat problem areas. I'm sure others can suggest specific good M/body workouts, I'd recommend any healing hips if/when you are in pain. Good luck!

This was a lovely sweat sesh that was challenging but not frustrating. Just what I needed on a random day of the lost week b/t X-mas and NYE. Thank you, Marnie!
