Super sweaty selfie that I wanted to share. So proud of myself for running 3 miles- something that I haven’t attempted in almost a year. I’m not a huge runner, but I find that it does help with managing my anxiety and depression so I’m trying to get back to going once a week or so. I love that m/body strengthens my body and mind in a way that helps me off the mat as well!
