Got to be a favourite. I had a lot of wrist and upper shoulder pain from work this week and this really relieved me.

I burned so many calories in just 20 mins whilst having SO much fun!!!!

Awesome music, especially with the moves at the beginning. I did this with 20min 311 which also uses only the movement ball for a great longer class!

The best 20 mins to get your blood pumping and whole body moving. I do this with 30 mins to get a great combo!
