If ever you are feeling sorry for yourself, do this class! Not only is it perfectly choreographed, but it is also the most beautiful example of how to find joy in loss and ways to celebrate the love you received from those who are gone. Marnie's deep love for her fur baby, who died a few days before this 'live', is tangible. So is her strength, courage and her magical ability to get us all up, moving, growing and living well.
