Fantastic class for so many reasons, but especially the deep work on glutes and legs and the incredible back strengthening support. I usually prefer sweat classes, but this is (another) new favourite - challenging, yes, but oh so rewarding and (for me) a lovely feeling of euphoria at the end.  Thank you - again!!❤️

Thank you, thank you, thank you - for teaching me that at age 68, I can still do hard things! I loved this class so much. The choreography was brilliant, with plenty to exercise the brain and strengthen the body. I don't know how you do it, but I'm so glad that you do. x

Wellbeing 100% better having completed this gorgeous class - 30 mins was perfect after being absent from the mat for about 10 days!!. The stretches at the end had the brain working overtime - treating this as a rehearsal as it's a new favourite.  

The whole app review thing is a mystery to me but it looks like we can only see those from our own country though Marine (and her It wizards) will see all. Your rallying call should mobilise everyone - it’s an ingenious idea for celebration.

Absolutely brilliant idea 👏and fabulous way to celebrate. Here in the uk the app only has 15 reviews (a regional discrepancy!!)They’re all 5 stars but we need the big picture out there so more people can benefit from this transformational programme. Come on UK!!
