Petit pois! Here is me icing my knee instead of challenging 😫 Classic timing. I picked up an injury to my knee and shoulder before Christmas. I was ignoring it but of course that has made it worse! Has anyone got any tips on workouts that don’t involve putting too much weight on your hand / foot. E.g. planks / one foot bridges. Or maybe I should just follow usual program and miss the injured side. Any thoughts appreciated ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ if marnie can get through having a broken foot I can get through this!

Full body flow/158 is a great class if they are fairly fit / want to build up a bit of heat. No equipment class. I did this with my sister and she really enjoyed it xxx

Loved this workout and playlist today. Dealing with work anxiety and feeling like I am so fed up of living in the cave that anxiety puts you in. So squashed and no sky. Enough! I especially enjoyed wrecking ball. There is a silly kids history movie that my children loved about the romans. And they associated Wrecking Ball with Boudicca. Warrior queen energy ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Really ready for this challenge. I am going for 7 out of 7. Over the last couple of months anxiety and stress have made me heavy and tight and reluctant to work out even though I know it is what I need to help me feel freer and lighter. But sometimes it feels almost impossible to let go. I will be using this challenge to get me out of that mind set. Also to help me work on letting go in my solar plexus with Marnie's, lovely twists and stretches so I can be in my heart more. It will be a day by day thing I am sure! I will be thinking of anyone else in the same struggle to motivate myself onto the mat every day. Exactly what I need! Love to all, Emily xxxxx
