Lisa Johnson thank you. I actually did the 60 min noughties class - it is such a fun one ๐Ÿ‘Š

So. I have to confess I have struggled a bit this week with the longer work outs (work stress is not my friend) but I am going in now for the grounded 45 min sweat ๐Ÿ˜˜ knocked down but not knocked out!

I am on holiday in Paris also in a tiny flat - with all the family. I thought I couldnโ€™t work out and saw this post and thought yes I can! Booty barre just completed in the kitchen. This community keeping me inspired as always ๐Ÿ‘ŠThanks Claudia!

Hey Nicole x so lovely to hear from you. Also so helpful to hear your experience. I of course did not manage to keep sugar free over Easter so really useful to reframe it in a less all or nothing way! As marnie always says knocked down not knocked out โค๏ธ

My movement balls are here! Thank you Marnie and Katelyn for sending them over the ocean to me โค๏ธ My tense lower back is loving them for sit ups. Only problem is the children keep trying to steal them ๐Ÿ˜˜

Hi Megan and Leah, how is your mini sugar free challenge going. I am on day 6 today ๐Ÿ‘Š but the Easter treats are arriving at work today. Hopefully there will be some super dark chocolate eggs ๐Ÿค“

A calendar is a good idea. I am on day 3 today. Is amazing how many times I reach for a sugary snack because I am tired, upset or (doh) just actually need to eat some lunch ๐Ÿ˜‚

I heard this song again the other day and thought it was very M/BODY magic. โญ๏ธhttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=b7k0a5hYnSI

3 days is excellent ๐Ÿ˜ I managed 1 day today. A lot of focus required walking past the cookies someone had brought in at work ๐Ÿ‘Š
