I am a busy mom to 5 amazing babies. I also own my own piano studio and teach piano lessons weekly from my home.

I know we all have learned to listen to our bodies through this work (or at least or a work in progress with this) but my question is regarding how do we optimize our workouts when choosing them ourselves via the catalogue so they are sustainable and we don’t burnout (I know I’m not the only one who sometimes forgets 60min 5x a week isn’t always the best thing for a woman in her mid 40s with a busy schedule)….I know we have the challenges we can refer back to….but what other tips do you recommend for choosing the workouts on our own when we can’t make the lives? With so many now in the catalogue to choose from it can feel overwhelming.

I love the idea of M/Body being included in the wording….just as a reminder of the fam! But I also love the idea of 2 words….soft/strong? Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

This inspires me to make a list of my favs! I know it’s a feature in the app but haven’t really used it….gonna come back to this thread and add some to it!

I’d say go for it! It’s good to change it up and have options. I’m on the hunt for 5lbs myself after years of 3lbs.

Thanks for this thought Amanda! I know as women this hits so close to home, as we often feel not enough. For me, I think when I ask myself this question “What is possible when you realize you are enough?” ….the answer is simply peace. Peace that helps me to relax, smile more, see moments of joy that I missed before.

I enjoyed that this class had so many moments of slow, but also moments of cardio and strength building….dont let the slow start fool you, this was definitely a sweat class by the end! Loved the slow extended stretch at the end as well.
