Okay…app magic request….lets find a way to have a “workout selector” for each day, like a algorithm that chooses for you, or just preloaded suggested workouts for each calendar day.
Haha but I could just do some leg work and load up the calendar myself but then again…:mom of 5 here overloaded with micro decisions lol.

Love the photos. I’m a kitty person too! So glad to be doing this challenge with you! We’ve almost made it to the end! Yay!! For the intense days for me I usually find a 20 minute workout….those are over so fast. And Marnie said something in a recent video that stuck with me. She said “We aren’t using energy we are creating energy!” And that’s always true for me, I feel so much better when I’m done and never regret getting on the mat.
