Something unexpected from this challenge….finding my “sacred space”. This space in my bedroom has become so special and sacred after getting on the mat here the last 50+ days. Added bonus when your little one’s crib shares the same space and you see her smiling and bouncing along to the workouts. Anyone else find their sacred space too in this challenge?

Anyone else a little sad the challenge is ending and the “pre selected workouts” on the calendar are going away? Lol, it was one microdecision I didn’t have to make each day….which workout video do I choose? I need someone to set up my next 60 days, ha.

This is what showing up for myself looks like for me. I have been a “here but quiet observer” member of the global fam since July 2020. Wow, it will be 6 years this summer! I have seen challenges come and go, but this time. This. Time. I showed up for myself. With 5 kiddos and a husband of 16 years (that is its own challenge) I often feel unseen and never enough under the weight of managing it all….

But now I am stronger, softer, and choosing to feel instead of numbing out (9pm workouts instead of wine, yes please). This community has truly helped save this mama from going over the edge. So thanks Marnie and team! I am forever grateful and so ready to knock out days 31-60!!

My word of the year for 2026 is soften. I’ve had it pinned to my board in my closet since January. How fitting to be reminded of this with February’s theme being softness. For me this impacts not only my own health, but the health of my family and the dynamic in my home. When mama softens, the whole house relaxes. I also have pinned to my board a Marnie quote from a workout that spoke to my spirit….”Deep strength is quiet”. She is soft and quiet, but oh how deeply strong she is!

Looking forward to tomorrows workout….it will be my birthday 🎂and what a way to celebrate!

Getting to the mat today with a little underfoot 💕 She’s number 5. I started this MBody journey when there were only 2. Grateful for a sustainable practice as a busy mama!

I am a “quiet” globalfam member, and have been for several years now. I don’t comment much and with 4 babies of my own I usually don’t make it to the lives. But I do make it to the workouts weekly and just wanted to say how grateful I am for this platform and Marnie and her amazing team who provides these workouts for us and catalogs them when we can’t make it live. I have changed my body and mind through these workouts and felt like taking time to comment how blessed I have been by MBody online. I repeat on auto pilot these days “I am safe, I am well, I am strong…”. One of the first Marnie mantras I remember her saying. Much love!

That moment of complete restoration and comfort when the words of reflection and mediation at the end of the workout is exactly what you need to hear right then in that moment. I don’t always watch the videos in order (picking and choosing my favorite workouts) but I love it when it seems to be just the perfect fit, even months after the workout was initially recorded and posted.

My M/Body Movement Ball bundle arrived today and I couldn’t be more excited! The hand written note from Marnie made my day! I have been doing M/Body for over a year now using one of my kiddos playground balls, but finally decided to splurge on myself and am so glad I did! Grateful for Marnie and this awesome global family! If you’re on the fence about the ball….just do it! Such good quality and much firmer than the one I’d been using. And the mini is sooo cute!

I am not new to M/BODY but new to the challenge! I am committing to do the 60 day challenge and am excited to see this through! I just gave birth to baby #4 a month ago and am excited to get stronger and get my body back! Hugs to all!
