That's hard to chose!

There so many beautiful things in the midle of this chaotic world! This place in Brazil is special for me. But that sky is one of the most beautiful things for me!!! I smile everytime I see it!

Thank you Monique, it's not always easy, but sometimes is the best thing after hours sitting in tiny spaces,( plane, car, trains) and releasing the stress of being on time. I recommend 👌

It is different than optimism indeed. Joy is feeling that comes from inside out, so only depends on you to feel it... I find it liberating. And yes, you can call me Dani, Dan, Capuano, anything ;)

Sorry I did something strange in my key board. I normally have low energie at this time too, and a lot of cramps. I feel that a little movement and some stretching especially for the hips help me a lot. I tend to hold a lot of tension in this area so it's really good after the workout. Also sometimes I start with a 10 minutes stretch and normally after that I'm already feeling better to do another one.

Letting go and superpowers

That's me.working from my hotel room in Dubai with water bottles.

So I'm trying to let go off old patterns and unreasonable expectations with myself.

And my super powers I believe is joy! I always try to be positive and makes the one around me smile. Even when things are hard I still manage to make fun of myself .

Ps. If you guys watched the video we make for the birthday of mbody that is not my voice. Hahaha that's my sick 😫 voice ... 🤣

First board done

Almost all done. I miss 3 workouts, the XXX class, the M<45/77 and another 60 min signature. But the tulips até my sister garden are out. That makes me happy!
