I'm still proud of myself for doing a big part of that class. That's also because im still feeling every muscle that i workout! I actually realize the existence of some muscles I didn't ever felt before! 🙃

Im trying a new set up in the office/gym room. Already much better but not perfect yet.
If anyone have recommendations for a good office chair, it will be welcome.
Today during the workout, for the first time i could access all the muscles Marnie said, and I didnt come up during the wide second burning series! That work saw some great progress over 2 years! Thank you Marnie, Danni, all the team and all the Fam!
