Oh so grateful for a flowy, sweaty hip routine. Did this on my period, so if you're looking for something to really stretch through all of your lower bod, compression/release cycles (intended pun 🤣), and a bit of a sweat, but not too much, this is magic. My abdomen feels so much better afterwards.
