Would love to know Marnie’s take on the current trend of lifting heavy weights and what it does for bone density.. I’ve felt like we’ve also been trending more towards heavier weights and I’m curious if there’s been any influence from recent research. No complaints about it!

I just did this one, in the year 2025.. and I AGREE!! This is so so good, and I had forgotten just how fabulous the barre work is, and the meditation.

So interesting how I've done most of these moves hundreds of times now, but a slight shift in pace and props brings sweat in a whole new way. No ankle weights, but used 5lbs.. this might be the final influence I need to get ankle weights. Such a challenge, such a favorite. And that meditation was everything. Thank you!

First off, loving seeing everyone’s emoji choices. I’m a horse girl at heart, and looked at this challenge as a bit of a 21 day sprint, so naturally 🐎

Secondly, the last workout of the challenge was an absolute doozy. Forgot how challenging that sweat 45 was 😅

Most importantly, hoping all who participated had a great 21 days, whatever it looked like!
