Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

I wasn't able to make the live, but thank you for my Gaga moment. 🫶

Very sweaty selfie in my unfinished basement from this morning’s Planksgiving! My 5th one, can’t wait for many many more with all you lovely people!! So grateful, thankful, and full of love for this place 🥹

This 30 min really returns to the idea of challenge is what changes you. Comfort is a cage, and we can't change if we don't allow this resistance. I LOVE that about this class.

Happy Halloween to any of the fam who celebrates 👻🎃! As per Marnie’s request here’s some costume content 🎉My youngest kiddo has a great sense of humor and loves a funny costume. She’s been a piece of toast, a traffic cone, and kale (yes, kale). This year, she’s going as a bush 😂

Question about this work. What can I focus on if I'm really only feeling this in my arms, and struggle to make the back connection, even with proper posture? It's almost like the connection is blocked off where my arms meet my body. The same thing happens with pushups making progress there super difficult despite years of putting in pushup effort. No pain, just no connectivity. I have long arms and a super flexible shoulder joint, so I'm wondering if it's just a physical thing. Is there anything I can anchor into help engage the back in this work and pushup work, even if I'm not feeling it?

This was beautiful. My legs felt a little tangly and heavy throughout the workout, maybe like they weren't quite flowing.. but the meditation made me realize how much I was resisting throughout the 30 minutes. Can't wait to try this one again with that new insight.

Intensely beautiful. I particularly love the line “DNA that carries no guilt.” This is such a vivid yet gorgeously abstract poem 💕
