Happy Halloween to any of the fam who celebrates 👻🎃! As per Marnie’s request here’s some costume content 🎉My youngest kiddo has a great sense of humor and loves a funny costume. She’s been a piece of toast, a traffic cone, and kale (yes, kale). This year, she’s going as a bush 😂

Question about this work. What can I focus on if I'm really only feeling this in my arms, and struggle to make the back connection, even with proper posture? It's almost like the connection is blocked off where my arms meet my body. The same thing happens with pushups making progress there super difficult despite years of putting in pushup effort. No pain, just no connectivity. I have long arms and a super flexible shoulder joint, so I'm wondering if it's just a physical thing. Is there anything I can anchor into help engage the back in this work and pushup work, even if I'm not feeling it?

This was beautiful. My legs felt a little tangly and heavy throughout the workout, maybe like they weren't quite flowing.. but the meditation made me realize how much I was resisting throughout the 30 minutes. Can't wait to try this one again with that new insight.

Intensely beautiful. I particularly love the line “DNA that carries no guilt.” This is such a vivid yet gorgeously abstract poem 💕

I know he had a great day, and I know your core was engaged throughout the duration 😂😉🤗

Functional sweaty fun! I'm loving a return to more impact, which is funny because cardio used to be by least fav. This cardio is so fun and brain stimulating. And that mediation is gorgeous. "What a privilege it is to be challenged by the life you asked for."

I didn't expect such an emotional release after all that play. Thanks for that stretching song, Marnie.. so beautiful. Future Manda, return to this one when you want functional strength building with some jumps and sweat.

Would love to know Marnie’s take on the current trend of lifting heavy weights and what it does for bone density.. I’ve felt like we’ve also been trending more towards heavier weights and I’m curious if there’s been any influence from recent research. No complaints about it!
