Hi!! I'm a photographer, artist, mother, and ever hopeful that I will one day make it to an IRL class with Marnie and the fam!

I was one of those people who asked why not just keep her? And I completely understand and respect you knowing your balanced boundaries and what you can take on. I'm inspired by that. Great powerful workout and chat afterwards :-)

This is the best functional training class. So much value packed into a 20min session, with Tiggy as our sweet cherry on top of this Sunday.

"Heros" in wide second triple solidifies Marnie as my "hero" forever. And then, having Enya roll up into the stretch brought the major water works. I hadn't heard that song since I was a kid, and it brought me serious comfort in a hard childhood.. this class brought joy in the deepest way. When you need to move, and stretch, and feel good in your body, this is the best. I would recommend this one for newbies too.

My mini and I are going to be missing the live this morning, but wishing all who can make it a fabulous time! ALSO, major thanks to Marnie for the shoutout to my girl, Eliza, last week and to the welcome via comments— she lit up (which is in fact this month’s theme) 🥰🥰🥰

Thinking of all of you this morning, so many celebrations, worries, stresses, and everything in between. I love the idea that light can and does exist in all these spaces. Grateful 🫶🏻

The heat building of this healing hips was so nice. It feels like a great one to add onto an active day, where you may not have officially "worked out" but were on your feet all day (which may be so many of us). This works so well for this month's theme of "opening up."

Mali Perl I can sometimes use Vanicream, but if I use even a smidge too much my rash comes back. I hate that because this cream is so good!

Hi Yvonne! I’ve been dealing with this myself since last September, with the only thing clearing my condition up being not using anything whatsoever on my face AND drastically reducing my dairy intake. Unfortunately not using any products resulted in super dry skin and breakouts, so I started using this clay soap on my face found here: https://osmiaskincare.com/collections/best-natural-skincare-products-by-osmia/products/black-clay-facial-soap This product got rid of the dermatitis but REALLY dries out my face, so after watching the q and a I’m going to try the heritage caster oil, like Marnie recommended. I’ll let you know how it goes. Maybe we can help each other figure this out, because having this painful rash on your face isn’t fun, both from a social perspective and a personal one!

This video is brilliant. I’ve often wondered why when balancing my right side feels so weak and it’s because I am right handed! Major lightbulb moment. Also, I’m amazed at the bringing up of perioral dermatitis because I’ve been dealing with that for about nine months and haven’t known what to do. I cut out most dairy which helped but now I am thrilled to try castor oil. This may just be the best Q&A ever

Not about the Q&A, just coming to say this photo is so stinking cool!
