Want to return to this to see how I can improve in the plank. Even after 5 years, push ups and planks are so challenging because of long arms (but hey I can reach stuff!). Also, I LOVE those leggings and wonder where they're from??

Thank you Marnie & Katelyn.. going to do this workout now keeping these tips in mind. I think I'm trying to grip that ball waaaay too tightly (a feature set of mine)
 Also, resident wise woman Lindsey J recommended wearing shorts for skin on ball grip. Gonna try that too.Â
