Thank you sweet friend! I don’t share much family stuff on here, but now we have 4 kids instead of two and they all get along really well 😁

Your optimism and outlook are so inspiring, Lizamary! I’m glad you reached out, and I hope it becomes a bit easier to find space for your body and mind. Parenting is so hard— it’s lovely but hard! And to reference Emily, you do seem like an excellent surfer😉, I could learn a thing or two from you 🤗

I have a 10 and 7 year old, who are both learning how to take care of things, and I think it’s a super healthy stress for them, if that makes sense! So, I totally understand!
