Done! My goal was 30/60, and I ended up doing 48/60.. I really tried to stay true to the theme of staying true to myself and what I needed. So much so, that this morning I found myself stressing about how I was going to get the workout done today, because m<60s have been a challenge to fit in. I was so stressed that I couldn’t enjoy or be present with some holiday activities. And so, in keeping with what the goal is, I decided that today, the last day of the challenge, will be a rest day. It feels huge to be able to allow this, because I struggle so much with all or nothing. But I’m so grateful for this practice of listening, just like so many of you have said, and being able to put action behind the listening, even if that action is purposefully resting. WAHOO CHALLENGERS!!! Love you all!

Playing catch up again with these activities… this last challenge board has proved more difficult to get in during this busy season than I thought it would be, but I’m clinging to my most favorite recent mantra from M/BODY, which is simply, You can. And it doesn’t mean that you should but that you can find what works, you can thrive, you can decide what helps you right now, and you can let go of the rest. Love to all of you sweet people 🥰

I was most definitely working this class with two left feet. It almost felt more like a routine, and so I can’t wait to come back to it. So fun, so dancy, a great class when you literally want to dance.

Meditations are the most challenging for me.. but something about the ones from m/body work. Maybe it's the trust I have in Marnie and the space she has created, but I find stillness, actual, true stillness in them. I also love how there aren't many, but the ones that exist focus on some incredibly important things- gratitude, goals, thoughts. They stand out as truly helpful places of focus. As a person with anxiety, this is a gift I cannot express thanks enough for. Hugs, so many hugs to Marnie and the m/body team.
