This class had me in tears at the end. Hip opening, sweaty, and so so good for a letting go practice. My life is going through a transition, that is both good, but also slightly fearful. Thank you so much for such a good concept for October.

Oh yes! That lemon water is a mainstay for me. It’s so great. Also, if you haven’t I’d encourage you to watch the latest M/BODY Q&A because there are some fantastic physical recommendations there too! That one really hit home for me 🙌🏻
