If you sit a lot, hold baggage in your hips or just suffer from tight hips this class is for you! And like Marnie said in this class, it is great to pair with a healing hips class. I come back to this often for a great sweaty lymphatic release!

Feel better! When you are under the weather I recommend going at your own speed with whatever class you choose, you don’t want to push yourself overboard. That being said I recommend healing hips/121 🤍

I personally like using a juicer better than a blender for celery juice. I find the juice to be a bit sweeter and this way you do not have to add any water!
