I'm almost at my 3 year Marnie-versary and it's classes like these that reinforce the pure magic of M/Body. I loved having new moves for my arms, legs and brain. This was such a beautiful celebration of mind, body and spirit.

For anyone looking for a good entry into the 60 min classes, this is such a perfect class to experience. You work it all, the vibe is loose, the music is amazing and it's just the right pace.

This class challenges you to get past what your mind thinks you can do to what your body actually can do. I was scared of the ball balance without a chair but it was way easier than I thought it would be.

My rule is I’m not putting on cute leggings unless it’s for 60 mins (45 is the shortest I’ll go). There’s something so meaningful about taking that hour for yourself and fully experience sweat, sculpt, stretch and booty shakin’.

Hey hey! Thanks so much for the holiday help. Just finished a workout on my laptop and here’s the scoop - if/when you pause more than once (let’s say you need to breather during planks or to move your equipment), it will freeze and will only work again if you refresh the page completely. Same issue on different browsers (all other sites works fine). Also, not all the workouts will start smoothly. So it’s better but needs a little more tweaking to get back to streaming.

You're right. The problems are back. I clicked on a video in my favorites and it worked fine but when I went to a new video that I hadn't done before, everything jams up and stops working. Frustrating!

The app works fine but yeah, the desktop version is messed up. Everything else working perfectly (WiFi, Netflix).

Site Issues?

Hey fam. Tried working out through the site on my laptop and nothing was functioning. All the videos are there but you can’t actually go through them, they just stop and don’t move on. Hope help is on the way!
