Early May is my 6th year Marnie-versary and I always like to reflect back on the changes to my spirit and my body.

  1. Some things are always hard and that's OK because we can do hard things. Planks will never be my favorite move but I've gotten better at them and that's the win.

  2. There is literally a workout for every mood. If I'm feeling low energy, there are 60 mins that hit that sweet spot. If I'm feeling amped up, there are 60 mins that have me singing along. The key is to show up to the mat, the rest works itself out.

  3. It's weird good to be part of a community where I've never met anyone but feel connected to everyone because we all want the same things.

  4. The changes are cumulative - they add up and compound until one day, you can say "nice ass" to yourself (and you should!)

  5. Marnie mantras have become a part of my life and they show up in ways small and large that help me center and reset.

  6. Here's to many more 4 sets of 8's.💪🎉

What's would be your #1 M/Body Wrapped for 2025? I don't think I've gone two weeks without doing the 60 min #428 (2024 Mariah Xmas) since it dropped. Doesn't matter what time of year or what my energy level is, the minute Mariah starts to trill, it's ON. It's as perfect in July as it is now. Thanks Marnie & LP for giving us Xmas all year round.🎁🎄

Five Year Marnie-versary: Top 5 Lessons

This marker feels significant so I wanted to celebrate what M/Body lessons have changed my life. Whether you've been part of the Global Fam for 5 weeks, 5 months or 5+ years, here's what I would have shared with myself when I joined in May 2020.

  1. This workout is for you too. It is inclusive in all ways and one random day, the move that has been challenging for so long will suddenly become second nature.

  2. Good mood? Do the workout. Bad mood? Do the workout. I have started classes in all sorts of moods but I've ended classes only feeling refreshed and positive. Let your body help your mind.

  3. There is a lot of wisdom being offered in between the reps, take what you need. Some things that have stayed with me: no more compromises, you have someone who loves you, you are safe and you are well, we love a wiggle.

  4. I have become more honest, vulnerable and brave because I've spent over a thousand hours practicing those qualities on the mat. The work starts in our sacred space and then follows us out into the world.

  5. Here are my top forever 5 workouts: #40 Halloween, #74 Women's history, #279 Knock out boxing, #347 80's Greatest hits, #428 Mariah Carey Xmas.

Be in the light,

xoxo

Hey there! Wondering if anyone is finding the site a little glitchy? The app works normally but I’m finding that the site on Chrome and Firefox is acting up - doesn’t load up immediately and freezes up all along the workout. It’s not an internet issue and other streaming is fine so not sure what’s going on but wanted to see if anyone in the global fam ran into this.

Hey fam. Tried working out through the site on my laptop and nothing was functioning. All the videos are there but you can’t actually go through them, they just stop and don’t move on. Hope help is on the way!

I wanted to share some M/Body gratitude to all the Mollys (and Mollies) who join the lives, especially the 45 and 60 mins ones that I do from the catalog. I’ve been with M/Body since spring 2020 but have never done a live. But because all my same name sisters show up and get a shout out, I feel like Marnie’s talking to me whenever I do the class. (And yes, I can drop my shoulder and lift my leg higher, Marnie. How can you see through the screen?!?).

So a big thank you to all of you other Mollys - it’s because of you that I feel part of the lives, even when I can’t be. You never know how the way you show up can bring joy to the community, one shout out at a time.

❤️ Mali
