Early May is my 6th year Marnie-versary and I always like to reflect back on the changes to my spirit and my body.

  1. Some things are always hard and that's OK because we can do hard things. Planks will never be my favorite move but I've gotten better at them and that's the win.Ā

  2. There is literally a workout for every mood. If I'm feeling low energy, there are 60 mins that hit that sweet spot. If I'm feeling amped up, there are 60 mins that have me singing along. The key is to show up to the mat, the rest works itself out.

  3. It's weird good to be part of a community where I've never met anyone but feel connected to everyone because we all want the same things.Ā

  4. The changes are cumulative - they add up and compound until one day, you can say "nice ass" to yourself (and you should!)

  5. Marnie mantras have become a part of my life and they show up in ways small and large that help me center and reset.

  6. Here's to many more 4 sets of 8's.šŸ’ŖšŸŽ‰

The divine feminine energy of the class + Marnie's home improvement analogies had me so pumped up that my own inner diva came out to play.

Let's put some respect on Whitney. There's no reason for me to request Beyonce bc there's zero shot Marnie didn't already put her on.

I love Marnie’s theme classes - it gives an extra little kick to the workout. Plus, two 60 mins a month would be amazing!

Immediate favorite! In deep winter, this had heat and fire but also a gentle acknowledgment of this becoming season. Plus the jams were jammin'Ā ā¤ļøto all including Bourbon's spirit.

Looks like someone’s found her light. Wishing only cloud-free days ahead for Sunshine.

This reminds me of the Zora Neale Hurston quote that I love: there are years that ask questions and there are years that answer.ā€ The irony and magic of life is that we don’t know which are which until later. I admire your strength and vulnerability in sharing, in striving for joy and in becoming.

When Bunny (chihuahua) passed at 19 after being there for most of my life, it broke ny heart and I couldn’t pet another dog for a year. BUT now I remember all the good moments and funny enough, he visits in dreams. I don’t think we ever lose them forever, I think there are times we’re just not in the same place together. Sending you and Rocket love.šŸ¤

New year, new flow, all with a cele-Bey-tion playlist. What a great energy for the new year with a beautiful theme and meditation.
