When Bunny (chihuahua) passed at 19 after being there for most of my life, it broke ny heart and I couldn’t pet another dog for a year. BUT now I remember all the good moments and funny enough, he visits in dreams. I don’t think we ever lose them forever, I think there are times we’re just not in the same place together. This class took me two tries to understand because I often equate workout with a certain kind of work. But this class encourages patience, experimentation and going deep, which made more sense to me the second time around. And since I did it again on 1/1/26, a good reminder that we should stay open to different ways to engage. Happy New Year Global Fam!
