The tough love meditation is the perfect epilogue to the ab series. The first time I did it, there was a lot of cursing and grunting. But in true M/Body fashion, I decided to do it a second time without judgment and realized that it was tough but so was I and it showed me a new way to love my body. If we can do hard things on the mat, we can do hard things everywhere.

Oh and a 60 min boxing class please!

Hey girlie. I’ve been in your shoes and it sucks. While you’re planning towards better days ahead, I found that grounding myself in physical movement helps clear my heart and mind. It’s also a great reminder than your a badass with a great ass. Sending you love.

It's interesting how quickly my brain goes right to "oh uh, new moves" and then the theme of play takes over and I realize that when I'm open, new isn't hard, it's just different and it's all possible if I stay in a state of play. So it's a workout and therapy. Plus #babyhead

The XXX classes are so fun because they're a beautiful celebration of our bodies. Plus, they answer that all important question: "what that booty do?" Everything!🍑
