Hi fam!

Just wanted to share a cool story about how M/BODY has helped me even when I’m rehabilitating or working on something else. A few months ago my husband sent me to Myodetox(a physical therapy clinic) to work on my traps as the left one wasn’t allowing me to look left or roll my neck without discomfort. The therapist said I had to reduce the tension in my neck and traps, and widen my chest. He started showing me the exercises to help with mobility etc while I started more M/BODY posture work/back classes. Today was a new exercise with kettle bell rows and deadlifts. Now he’s super impressed with my form because he usually has to explain a few times but he said my posture & form were perfect, and that my alignment is strong. I know for a fact that it was only possible because of M/BODY and my progress is moving quickly because of it. Marnie magic is real and helps us move through this life. Sending you all love 💛💛💛💫

Hi! Just wanted to say how grateful I am for Marnie and this community. I’ve been out for 3 weeks due to bronchitis and sinus infection so I was nervous to get back to my workouts. I started with a 45 min slow sculpt and it was everything I needed, highly recommend when you return after a long break. I’ve been doing these workouts for over a decade and my brain and muscle memory allowed me to flow and recover without too much soreness or loss of energy. Been taking all the classes I missed-knockout, glider etc and I am not surprised that I am able to keep up and build my progress back up. This is why I’m so thankful to have found Marnie,Ive been able to condition and listen to my body so that I can recover and rest, but remain strong till I can return to the mat. I’ll be 52 next week, thank you to M/BODY for helping me become a strong and sculpted lady. Love you to pieces Marnie and M/BODY 💫💛

Tomorrow I officially end my forties and start a new decade at 50 years old. It’s been a tremendous journey this last five years but I feel ready to begin some new adventures and to love! Love life, people, places and all the joy in between! Grateful to Marnie and the M/BODY team these past nine(!) years, they’ve guided me through perimenopause(now menopause) injuries, all the birthdays/celebrations, body issues, confidence building and brought me a whole tribe of people that I trust and love. In the old studio days I lived close enough to walk, they watched my little boy in the reception area so I could dance, I had never felt such love amd support from so many people. So I celebrate my fifty trips around the Sun with a big,grateful and love filled thank you to my tribe of warriors, women who lift and inspire, and always help me find the joy. 💛Be in the light, lovelies!💛💛💛xT
