If I could rename this class it would be Gluteous Maximus Extreme 🤭 really lovely to calm my mind and ground me when I don’t have a lot of energy (no bounces) so good to practice form and engaging core throughout.

Im gonna go ahead and say this is my favourite workout of all time

This was BREATHY super non stop cardio for the first 30 mins! Each section created intense fire! Do this when you have a lot of energy lol :)

Love this one! So challenging for the arms. From the planks onward I fell into a really deep meditative state that was so calming ♥️

This one was hard! Two sets of rolling jumps, elongated arm series with weights and beautiful glute activation at the bar. The playlist was *mwah* chefs kiss

Hey! Massage is good even self massage on the sore muscles helps a lot. Drinking looooooots of water. Having a hot bath with Epsom salts.

Going for walks helps as well!

I have protein powder daily and still get stiff lol
