I know we already have the express sweat but I’d love one with zero sculpt and literally just 10 mins of bouncey dance party please! Ft really up beat songs like boom boom boom by the vengaboys!

Oops - yung gravy! It’s soo fun, been dying to have the explicit version in an xxx class! In fact let’s throw in cest La vie by yung gravy too.

This was HARD! And I’ve been doing M/BODY for over 6 years! Constantly amazed at how diverse every workout is! ❤️I felt very connected to the earth with this one!

Is the app going to be down again? If so what time so we could plan ahead? I wanted to work out exactly when it was down this morning 6am UK time lol X

In love with this category already! This is so perfect when I’m short in time and/or energy but just need to get out of my head and get some blood flowing! I love the side lunge to curtsy move. Feels like I’m flying ❤️

Ok this was PERFECT after the previous 45, flushing out those stiff abs lol.

Brief note about the before class chat, thank you. I’d love to chat more about it. I’m suuuuper sensitive in general and (after growing up in a house that was obsessed with diets and being skinny) I’m really struggling with the rise of ozempic and the trend now to be as skinny as possible. I find myself at odds with my body and can’t look in the mirror too long :( so yes would love more encouraging chats because it’s been intense for me personally.

I love this one!!! I did it for the third time this morning. That playlist 🔥 was struggling not to dance to “it’s tricky” in the arms section lol

Cardio 🔥 legs 🔥 TTPD 🔥 what more could u want 😍

Oh my gosh this workout! Pure joy vibes! And whoa abs! Thank you Katelyn for everything you do ❤️

Loved this one! Felt in my posture and obliques the next day! Although it was difficult to do the slow arm motions with “it’s tricky” playing lol, I just wanted to dance!
