Lots of quick changes so I’d definitely label this one a sweat! Thank you! My neck and shoulders really struggled with the weighted ab series 🥺I’ll have to come back and try without weights x

Wow! Zero percent impact, 100% wiggly wonderfulness. I muuuust come back to this one and remember to focus of posture (it will help stabilise those wiggles) This is a full body burn however because of the wiggles there was a lot of core and posture activation

This is why you need to repeat workouts: when I did this last year I didn’t vibe with it but today I did it and I’m utterly in love! I love the cardio and the intense legs!!! Elongated weight series and epic Taylor Swift tunes ❤️
