Super sweaty! The glutes done at the bar were super challenging for me- something future nicole to work on! Loved the playlist and can we please have more flashy light workouts 😍 💚💛🧡💜❤️

Spending time with friends who truly “get” me. And times when we are together & it’s full of laughs! I always feel so full of light and joy the next day ❤️ edit: and grounded! Haha

I too struggle a lot lol. However I have quite a few health issues that meant I HAD to be strict especially with my beloved chocolate!

I have a few little sweets (swizzles heart sweets in uk) that I just have three or four if I’m craving sugar! So I’m not cutting anything out. they’re smaller and less rich than chocolate, so it doesn’t interfere with my health but it does satisfy my sweet tooth.

Not sure any of this info is helpful but you’re sooooo amazing I wanted to share my experience if you find it helpful.
