I’d like to ask - what is your favourite workout in each length! And why?

Even with the guides I tend to kind of do my own thing anyways and gravitate towards the same kind of workout all the time. So I want to try all your faves!

Also a small suggestion for the app/website. It would be nice to have some videos other than the pre-recorded ones in the featured section. Maybe one of each length per month to do with the monthly theme. 😋this will help a lot with decision fatigue!

If you are feeling stuck or unmotivated try this one! It builds energy slowly and has great moves to make you feel more grounded and energised! There are a few optional jumps but I’d call this one mostly low impact.
