Things I’d like more of: 6. Please please another push-ups and planks series! 7. I love the 20 minute intense cardio blasts, non stop movement, super sweaty. They’re PERFECT for busy days! 8. A 20 minute ballet inspired bar stretch like the first one- it’s a classic I do it all the time. 9. Another grounded sweat! 10. Lastly, my personal go tos tend to be 45 minute sweat classes and 60 min signatures! Thank yooooou ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh no Danni you’ve opened a can of worms I have so many requests 😂 here’s my top ten. (I had to separate it into two separate posts it’s so long😅) New ideas: 1. An 80’s rock n roll themed workout (I will get dressed up) 2. A 60 minute knockout sweat 3. 45 minute back and booty work 4. A Doja cat themed class (ft Boss Bitch) I love her and love this song. 5. (I had to get a diagram for this one) a class that stretches the inner & outer thighs- my “gracilis” and my IT band are so extremely tight and I struggle with dynamic side lunges a lot still.

This is my favourite class OF ALL TIME. So many bounces and quick fast paced changes so my brain doesn’t get a chance to think heehee. I must have done this class at least 20 times by now. It’s great for getting your endurance up for big jumps.
