Oh my that was fun and challenging and my body is literally still shaking and popping - my thighs are like what just happened?! I love that even after 8 years, every time I do a class my body learns something new. That is Marnie's superpower and we are lucky to be in her beam of light.

Day 32 of the Spring 2022 Challenge! (32 comments below (before mine) Kismet! I remember doing this class last year and had trouble keeping up with new (to me) moves... This time I was slightly better lol! Gotta keep trying! Great pace, great music, nice cool down. Try this! Sweaty!

This time I kept up with heel, heel, heel toe heel! (doing this a little ahead of schedule because of schedule... yada yada..). HIGHLY recommend if you have 30 minutes, can get sweaty, want to feel all of your parts. Thanks M/B!

I started going to classes at Barre Belle (Marnie's studio before M/Body) in 2014. Currently I'm standing in my kitchen above the old M/Body Studio, sweating and crying with joy from the 45 detox and crying with joy at this video. I'm so bummed I missed this live!!! I'm always there in spirit. If you are new to M/Body you can't go wrong with any video in this catalog. This is truly the best group of people you'll ever want to be around.
