A perfect one to try for anyone new to M/Body. Echoing my sisters in m/body below: Great Signature 60 class, Wonderful energy, great playlist, oodles of modifications. It felt really fun to do a live class on a Sunday. How Marnie knew that I was starting to hunch... ;)

Super class! Try it. Today was the completion of all of the m<45s with this gem of a class - what a perfect way to end it. Will revisit many more times especially when I need some hip opening.

Loved this - I would like to get stronger getting up into a lunge - something to work on!

The flow for this class is great - the minutes fly by! Always love a rolling pushup interval. As Monique says below Abs Abs Abs. Lindsey has it right too mentioning the standing leg work & glutes and the excellent closing message from Marnie. Visit/Revisit these 2020 classes - they are our building blocks!

Adding to favorites right away so that I can work on those lovely balance moves with our heels on the ball! I love the <45 sweat classes!

Mali - just finished this class and I'm so glad I read your comments first - it helped me get over my fear too!

Great Class! Visiting for the first time (?!) in my 'do all the catalog' self quest. Definitely sweaty. I did this at my sister-in-law's guest room on fuzzy carpet so I modified for slipping. Can't wait to do at home with my mat and try these moves out again! xo

Excellent <30 class - you'll get your sweat on. Oh that Leap! Wings unfurled! I am there. I am here.

A must try class! Added to favorites. A quick note for folks in small spaces or traveling: A little extra room around your 'mat' area will not go amiss. There is some leg work that goes a little out of those boundaries. It's not impossible, just something to note. Absolutely worth trying anywhere! New to me moves and felt really centered, per my pal Monique S's comments below.
