Agree with Emily P about setting up your clothes ahead of time! My space too if I can - or at least have the balls where I can see them. The most important thing is to not be too hard on yourself if you aren't able to do workouts every day. Make weekly goals and/or write down the classes (or other workout) you want to do. And also remember how good it feels when you exercise! That helps :)

Threw in a sweaty selfie too. Congrats to everyone who does M/Body whenever they can, challenge or no challenge.! Just getting to the mat is the biggest goal of all. Love you G-Fam. This makes me feel very very happy. xo jenny g

This is my go to class for when I need a little topper to another workout or need a little time to myself to move. On top of that, It's one of the first videos Marnie made for this platform in the former studio space and it brings back so many wonderful memories. I just love it. xo
