I painted a cabinet then started to reorganize the boxes in the garage and 5 hours later I could barely stand up and now I'm very relaxed and stretched and peaceful. I was also literally facing the sun (sunset) so that was cool. xo

How. lovely this class is. I feel invigorated and I loved the peppy song at the end! I'm ready to face the day AND I did all the Reléve (sp?) work without too much heel/ankle stress - woo.

Great m<30 to get your heart pumping and channel your inner ballet dancer. Deep deep bends and many options for standing barre work with out the barre which is great for balance practice! Adding to favorites.

Great flow, fun moves, move those hips it feels so good!!! (shhh... did this one tonight as I won't be able to do it Thursday.. have I mentioned how much I love the pace of the 45s?)

A perfect one to try for anyone new to M/Body. Echoing my sisters in m/body below: Great Signature 60 class, Wonderful energy, great playlist, oodles of modifications. It felt really fun to do a live class on a Sunday. How Marnie knew that I was starting to hunch... ;)
