Had a lot of fun with this class yesterday morning. Like Monique S says, could focus on balance/form. Really concentrated during the standing leg work. Got sweaty! I like revisiting 2021!

Great sculpt class! I was dancing all over the kitchen. Was not near my barre, so I had to freestyle - it worked! If you are new to M/Body, this is a great class to try and stick around after the end of class and watch the M/Body Birthday Surprise video for Marnie. It's lovely.

Highly Recommend and immediately added to favorites. Please don't fret about the props - can do without the ball or weights, plus you'll get a nice sweat. Spent many hours at the airport and many hours on a plane and I was tired and seemingly without energy and this really felt great and RENEWED me and I can't wait to try if again and again. Going to treat myself to some sushi and a bath - not sure which order yet. LOVE THE THEME FOR APRIL 2023! Yes! 

Highly Recommend. Did this in a hotel room in Albuquerque without a strap and I feel amazing and sweaty! My fur nephew Louie was very excited to be in and out of the poses. I'm only sorry I don't have pictures! 

Did this early morning in a friend's guest room! Was able to adapt and got a full body sculpt and sweat! Thanks M/Body!

Such a great class! Really hits all the buttons. Can't wait to try this on the road with no props. I also love the end of 2021 playlist!!! xo

End of day wind down & pick me up! funnily enough I stopped my workout 'clock' on my watch at exactly 22:22! I love it when the universe works as it should... In tandem with Marnie!

Highly recommend - again! I love it when I pick a class from the catalog based on length of 'detox' or 'stretch' at the last minute and then the original air date is super close or exactly to the day I do the class. The magic of M/Body. xo. p.s. you can totally do this class without props so it's a good travel class or last minute class as long as you know you'll get sweaty! 

Revisiting in March 2023! Still super duper! Chef's kiss to the soundtrack, Marnie's excellent yellow outfit, and the rolling up to standing salsa move that challenges me in a good way! xo
