Marnie/MBody Mantra: I may have the wording mixed up: You haven't come this far to only come this far!! It always makes me smile - it's always during rolling push ups or cardio - it's always inspirational. Another mantra from childhood that I've found myself saying a lot over the past few years is EGBOK. I like to say it like it sounds, EGGBaaK.. it means Everything's going to be OK. It was from an a.m. radio local morning show in L.A.. My sister and I say it to each other a lot - even when things are really bad, because, things have to be ok eventually. Thanks for listening. I appreciate this community very very much. xo

Happy Belated dear Monique - actually happy almost half birthday! I modified w/socks and used the other side of my playground mat that is more slide-y but still felt in control. I will try this on the kitchen floor next time! My quads are already feeling this!

Yes Kady! Uptown Funk made my day today (as well as a sweaty lovely class natch)!

Catching up a little late for the 2022 Stay True to you Challenge. Still a favorite - just perfect after traveling especially driving AND I see progress in my flexibility! Thanks M!

Highly recommend for when you feel like a standing workout! I loved doing this one again for the challenge. The leg balance work is so fun to do! I love a workout that has me laughing out loud. I am working kneeling on the top of my foot - it's very difficult for me but I'm considering it a good self challenge. Thanks M!

Oh the little clouds in the sky - had them floating quietly away. Thank you Marnie!
