A must try class! Added to favorites. A quick note for folks in small spaces or traveling: A little extra room around your 'mat' area will not go amiss. There is some leg work that goes a little out of those boundaries. It's not impossible, just something to note. Absolutely worth trying anywhere! New to me moves and felt really centered, per my pal Monique S's comments below.

Revisiting this Ab quickie after the 30 minute Instagram Live for @nokidhungry because I was feeling inspired by Marnie and needed a little more M/Body this morning. Let's keep throwing starfish back into the ocean.

Love this class! So joyful and challenging in all the right ways and it is definitely a 'sweat' so have a towel handy. Soundtrack is just perfect. I somehow missed this in 2021. Glad to visit it in my 'full catalog' quest - almost done!

Recommend! Wow. Did this again after a long walk and then standing on my feet a lot prepping veggies for dinner. Totally great dancing plank series. Added it to favorites because some of the moves were challenging and I like to work on things! I felt like my shoulders and hands were stronger this time around. Yay!

Hi Sowanny! I sometimes like to drink tonic water with lime (or lemon). I like the quinine taste. :)

Super duper favorite. Loved doing this for the 10 days of loveliness to start 2023 (and catching up as usual because change comes in inches not miles!). Highly recommend - great soundtrack - fun moves - great stretches!
