Hi G/Fam! Revisited this afternoon. Very fun class. Inspired by last week's 'Hips and Splits' class, I tried going into the split option during the ending stretch and I made some personal progress mostly over fear and gained a few stretchy/split-like inches. Thank you M! xo

Revisited this afternoon and used the barre. Such an excellent class. Calves were barking so I alternated between relevé and on the ground. I totally forgot this had been a birthday class! The best. Thank you M!

Rediscovered this gem of a Recovery Flow after a slog of a walk this a.m. (sand..always sand...) .. wanted a good stretchy flow... I Love it - please try it.

Please try this class if you are like me, terrified of straining an inner thigh or two.. and/or in your head with 'I can't' 'my body type' yada yada. I went into it excited and open and with all of the cushions and a strap. I was stoked to get into more of a split position than I ever had before, using many cushions. I can't wait to try these moves on a smoother surface, very carefully. Definitely felt like a meditation too. I am still overcoming my fear of pulling something.. that's not an overnight thing. Thanks p.s. Full disclosure, my strap is an original Barre Belle strap that Marnie lent me in 2015 after I suffered a groin pull and had to be out of classes for like 2 weeks...Thank you Marnie! xo
