Woo! Did it! I almost want to say bring on more planks next year! Oh it's in print now ... guess it's gotta happen! Thankful for you Marnie, all the wonderful people who make M/Body videos and classes happen and grateful for all of the global family out there it really is very wonderful to think of everyone doing classes together!

That was so good. I'm so sweaty and so relaxed and energized at the same time. I was able to stretch out my right leg with my left foot on the ground with the help of my 'barre' (kitchen counter). Felt so great! Thanks!

Did this class today for the fall 2021 challenge early as I have to miss today's live. It's amazing and the pace is excellent and I was a sweaty sweaty woman. Still dripping (pun intended - it's the XXX class!) A really good intro to what an IRL M/Body class was like for new fam members! Try it!

A perfect example for global fams new to M/ of a classic 'in studio' M/BODY 60 Signature class - the flow was so so so good. A great way to start the beginning of the last 30 days of the challenge! Thanks Marnie!
