This class is so good - it has a little bit of everything. I modify a bit - mostly for my ankle - still a good sweat! Low Impact definitely does not mean low sweat for anyone new to M/Body. Ending with Rolling Push Ups! Love love love. I was able to get up off my knee without my hands for the first time in a while during the glute series. I was quite happy about that. Inches not Miles!

I loved doing this class today! I am doing a lot of the moves with more confidence and strength and really concentrating on the core today (thank you Monique!). I love feeling like every time I do the same class, it is always different, because we are always evolving. Have a good day today G-Fam.

This is a great m<60 for new to M/Body peeps to try. As many of us have said below, it's pace and energy and flow is as close to an IRL studio class w/Marnie as you can get. Try it won't you? So so happy to revisit this one for the 2022 Stay True to You Challenge.

Monique - 100% agree! I wasn't home so I used a cushion and it worked! Maybe not for the balance work as much. Can't wait to try this again at home, with a M/ovement ball!

Love revisiting this for the 2022 Stay True To You end of year challenge! It's really yummy and challenging. Highly recommend. I'm ready to face the day!

Reading the comments of GFamily members is giving me the courage to say that I have had similar apprehensions about towel classes as I'm very fearful of pulling anything accidentally and having to sit out of classes for a while. THAT BEING SAID: You do not have to worry about pulling anything if you take each exercise at your own pace and Modify Modify Modify! I did all of the sliding foot work without a glider or towel and used my core as Marnie has taught us and concentrated on the stretching of the muscles that were the target of each exercise. I feel amazing right now. ALSO your arms are going to feel like they are going to fall off - KEEP GOING - YOU CAN DO IT. (this is the third one I've done and they keep getting better!). Thanks Marnie and I wish I could have been there in person for the live! xo
