Classic! Revisiting the end of each year holiday classes as part of Lindsey Jordan's mini challenge. 2020 and 2021 await!

Always an excellent class. All standing and just a small amount of wide second for those of us with any knee stuff. Sweaty even in cooler temperatures (my garage thermometer says it's 60 inside).!

I'm in! I still need to finish the planksgiving challenge lol and then right on this! 👏

This was the perfect class to do after being sick and inactive for many days. I feel very nourished in every way. Please do this and you will add it to your favorites immediately to do as often as possible.

Lindsey Jordan Excellent! I woke up this morning with a cold! I need to extend my deadline to finish #4. I haven't been sick in years! Oh well. Will keep you posted!
