I’m so happy you tried the able weights! Yes light ankle weights should be fine for most classes. The times I would recommend not using them are when we do big kicks, faster leg motions or a lot of bouncy cardio. Listen to your hips, if you feel discomfort or pinching it’s probably a sign that you should go weight free for that move/class. I’m excited to hear got it goes!
