Set a timer for 15 mins and spend that time writing about your accompliments over the last 10 days. Focus on what felt good and what challenges you faced and overcame. This is about celebrating YOU!!!

Call or text someone you love and tell them why ❤️

Yesterday was about showing yourself love + gratitude and today is about sharing it. It doesn’t have to take long or be a grand gesture… just a short message out of the blue to someone who makes your life a little bit (or a lot) better.
