Pedicures are great too. Fyi had the massage. So good but I am very sore this am. I could not do the phenomenal woman workout so I switched it up today and did the low impact for Friday.

Sooo tonight before bed I took a long relaxing shower and tried to do 30 seconds of cold at the end. I made it like maybe ten seconds. And wow it was sooo cold. Too cold for me to last longer. But I will keep trying. Work in progress. Anyone want to share their experience ?

Loved this workout. I am amazed how much you can sweat doing low impact and how this workout works your body and allows you to wake up the next day and you can move without being overly sore.

I loved revisiting this class again during the spring 2022 challenge. Having a strong core is so helpful for feeling good.

So all I am interested in hearing your recommendations. I currently workout on the carpet and my workout mat is falling a part and so sadly I need a new one. A traditional yoga mat even a thick one moves around a lot on carpet. Any suggestions ? Also good luck and congrats on all of you participating in the next 60 day challenge.
