Hi Lindsay, I’m sorry to hear you’re having that experience. Our tech team is aware of the issue and working tirelessly to resolve it! I do have three quick workarounds I can offer: 1) Tapping anywhere on the video will allow you to fast forward 15 seconds. 2) If you watch a video in your web browser (even on your phone) the 15 second rewind and fast forward option is still available. 3) If you put the video in the app in picture and picture mode the option to fast forward and rewind 15 seconds.
