Answering Question from today's LIVE class 🫶

We got a question from our lovely Amanda Powell about struggling with keeping the M/OVEMENT Ball secure while behind the knee (photo above). A couple of you wanted to hear Marnie's thoughts as well - so we thought we'd do a post!

First, Marnie recommends using the Mini M/OVEMENT Ball when doing this particular exercise and making sure you don't inflate it too much. If you're even remotely sweaty, the classic M/OVEMENT Ball can be just too slippery.

Second, you'll really want to feel the ball pressing into your leg because that helps induce and maintain blood flow. 

Play around with how hard you're squeezing the ball. Sometimes when we squeeze it too tight, it can pop out. Part of the challenge is finding that sweet spot — it's a conscious negotiation of control.

CREATIVITY ACTIVITY #4: Your Favorite Color

This week we want you to pick your favorite color.

🌈 Take 5 minutes to write about this color:

  • What does it taste like?

  • What does it sound like?

  • What song would it be?

  • What kind of emotion?

  • Where do you feel this color in your body?

  • What kind of place?

The idea is to personify or em/body the color as a way to unlock intuitive creativity and connect with your senses.

Here at M/BODY we are always striving to listen and grow. In our recent poll, 60% of you asked us to move our Wednesday Live Class to 9am and we heard you! So, for the month of March we are going to give this new time a trial run. We’ll check in again after a couple weeks to see if, as a community, we want to make the change permanent or go back to our regular schedule. Until then it will be a fun little shake up we’ll get to explore together! Still will start this week 03/08!

*9am time change applies only to Wednesday LIVES. Saturday class will currently remain at 10am.
