Hi Linda! We are so excited you’re here and are sorry to hear you missed the live class. Our live classes are on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10am PST. A countdown to the start of class should appear on top of where the video will be. There is also an option to add the live class to your calendar so you can receive reminders. We send out notifications 15 mins prior to each class as well. If you aren’t receiving the notifications be sure your push notifications are turned on in the M/BODY app as well as in your phone settings. I hope this helps and I am sending you so much love! I do have two quick workarounds I can offer: 1) Tapping anywhere on the video will allow you to fast forward 10 seconds. 2) If you watch a video in your web browser (even on your phone) the 15 second rewind and fast forward option is still available.
