Each class I do I am more and more glad I choose to do M/Body. Everything is pleasantly worked, and Marnie makes it easy to trigger that endorphin cascade from training, but making sure you don't injure yourself or overtrain all the while. Speaking of functional fitness, that series continually going from floor to knees to standing back to knees to floor? Diabolical. I loved it.

This felt so sculpty and stretchy, it was delicious. I will say, though, I don't know where Marnie gets her moves from, but the lunges with the ball under your foot were INTENSE! Holy moly!
