Oh no!! So sorry to hear this, Emily! Being injured is so tough! Maybe some floor flows and seated arm dances? When I'm injured, sometimes I watch a video and modify parts that aren't right for my body that day, so even if I can't complete the full workout, I've still done something. I looooved this work! The strap was so helpful and I felt a really good, deep stretch! So great for desk workers and will be revisiting this constantly!
