I looooved this work! The strap was so helpful and I felt a really good, deep stretch! So great for desk workers and will be revisiting this constantly!

Oh no!! So sorry to hear this, Emily! Being injured is so tough! Maybe some floor flows and seated arm dances? When I'm injured, sometimes I watch a video and modify parts that aren't right for my body that day, so even if I can't complete the full workout, I've still done something. Rooting for your healing and hope you'll be back challenging soon! ❤️
